A: Yes! This is very simple to use. Just place the "patch" on the area of discomfort and turn the dial to a desired setting.

A: No. It is for entertainment purposes. We are not doctors and cannot give medical advice.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We ship UPS Ground for standard ordering but can expedite orders by calling our office. Shipping time by ground service takes about one week for delivery.
Q: Is this unit safe?
A: Yes. This unit is safe when used properly. It should never be used on your head or face, or be used with a pacemaker. If you have any kind of health condition consult your doctor. This is not for pregnant women or people with heart conditions. It is not recommended to use on children or infants.

Q: How long will it take to reduce pain?
A: It takes 20 to 30 minutes to begin feeling the effects. Some people use it for hours at a time or all day long.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Definitely not. Unlike prescription or over the counter drugs, this device has no side effects when used as directed from a medical professional. Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. We will stand by the product and offer a 12 month warranty against defective workmanship and be happy to exchange or replace a non-functioning unit. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
Q: Will this hurt or produce more pain?
A: Absolutely not. If used as directed pain will be reduced. You may feel tingling or tickling sensations which is a minor to no discomfort at all. This is because it has a high frequency, which means the stimulation is approximately one hundred times per second.

This should be used only under the supervision of a physician.
