The Jonas Brothers

Known throughout the world, The Jonas Brothers started their careers back in 2005, when the youngest of the three siblings, Nick, was just 13 years old. Gaining popularity on the Disney Channel, their first single, 'Mandy', was released in December 2005 and reached number four in the US charts. After 18 years in the business and with five studio albums under their belts, Kevin, Joe and Nick are now thought to be worth a combined $150 million.

In June 2008, just weeks after the siblings released their third studio album, A Little Bit Longer, they clubbed together to buy their very first home. Located in the town of Westlake, Texas, the three brothers (then aged 21, 19 and 16) were reported to have granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, who took on the responsibility of acquiring the house. Paying just $2.8 million for the estate, the Jonas Brothers' starter home is anything but a first step, real estate-wise!

Covering an impressive 7,500 square feet, the house offered the boys six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as plenty of communal space for entertaining, relaxing and jamming. Full of intricate woodwork, stone accents and elegant built-ins, the traditional-style home features a great room with hand-scraped hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams and a dramatic centralized fireplace.

Spread out over two floors, the property comes complete with luxury amenities that would have been perfect for the young brothers. There's a cool man cave with double French doors that leads out to the yard, a spacious music room, a home theater and even a timber-lined office for storing all of their fan mail. No doubt the siblings fought over the master suite, a stunning space with a vaulted beamed ceiling and a huge ensuite bathroom.

Sitting inside an exclusive gated community away from prying eyes, the home features a covered patio with golf course views and a huge outdoor swimming pool complete with a diving board. The brothers put the property on the market in August 2014 for $3.4 million, before selling it a year later for a reported $2.8 million. Splitting the profit, the siblings went on to snap up their own individual show-stopping properties.

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez's career began when she was just 10 years old, after she landed her on-screen debut in the iconic television series, Barney & Friends. With an impressive 20-year career already under her belt, it's no surprise that the young star has built up an impressive property portfolio, using her wealth to flip houses across Los Angeles. With 332 million Instagram followers and a back catalogue of top-selling albums, the 30-year-old is estimated to be worth a staggering $95 million.

This multi-millionaire singer and actress first started earning a wage as a mere babe in arms, starring in commercials as a baby. Multi-talented Hayden Panettiere then began acting in daytime soap operas and popular TV shows such as Malcolm in the Middle and Law & Order before landing her epic leading role in musical drama series, Nashville in 2012. But where did the child star first put down roots with her newfound fame and fortune?

Having secured the role as country musician, Juliette Barnes in Nashville in 2012, Panettiere also bought a Tennessee homestead for $1 million in 2013 with her then-partner, former boxer Wladimir Klitschko. The attractive four-bedroom, five-bathroom home sits on just over half an acre in Nashville's Green Hills neighborhood, renowned for its retail therapy and The Bluebird Cafe—a small but well-known club that showcases up-and-coming as well as experienced singer/songwriters.

Billie Eilish

This successful child star has everything to smile about, with a wealth of Grammy awards (seven to be exact), multiple number one hit singles and even a Bond theme under her belt. But not just any real estate. In 2019, after making Forbes' 30 Under 30 list, the 'Bad Guy' singer bought the British singer, Leona Lewis’s former pad in Glendale, California. Justin Bieber

Now one of the biggest artists of all time, Justin Bieber's road to worldwide stardom has not been without its challenges. With rustic decor including exposed beams and grand fireplaces, the house was a little more traditional in style than you might expect for such a young owner. It had a luxurious entrance foyer, a library, a movie theater with stadium seating, a wet bar, a wine cellar, three garages, an elevator and a games room. There was also an outdoor swimming pool, a large sunbathing deck, an alfresco dining patio and expansive lawns.

In 2014, at the tender age of 20, Bieber sold the palatial pad to Khloé Kardashian for an estimated $7.2 million, who has since sold it on for a reported $15 million. The original sale took place after Bieber had a very public row with his neighbor. The 'Intentions' singer now lives in a colossal $25.8 million Beverly Hills mansion with his wife, Hailey Bieber, while also renting a huge condo at 195 Hudson Street in Tribeca, New York according to the NY Post—a building once inhabited by Beyonce and Jay Z, no less.

Now worth an impressive $25 million, the former child star knew where to invest her cash from an early age. Duff purchased this five-bedroom, six-bathroom Toluca Lake estate in July 2004 for $3.5 million when she was just 17, before she could even legally order a cocktail.

Outside the nearly half-acre walled property, there is an outdoor living room and a beautiful swimming pool with spa. Duff sold the stunning estate in 2010 for slightly less than its asking price of $5.5 million to designer Don Stanzione and Sheri Callan, owner of Callan Advertising, according to the LA Times.
